How we approach the security of this website and how to report vulnerabilities.
Approach
Arqos treats security as a standing operational requirement for group digital properties. Controls are proportionate to the sensitivity of published information and will deepen as investor portals, procurement workflows and infrastructure systems come online.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting arqos.com or related systems, email infrastructure@arqos.com with a clear description, steps to reproduce and your contact details. Please allow reasonable time for assessment before public disclosure.
Data handling
Personal data submitted through contact or investor channels is processed under the Privacy notice. Do not send passwords, private keys or highly sensitive personal data unless explicitly requested through a secured channel.
Compliance trajectory
As the platform matures, Arqos intends to align operational and facility security with applicable European frameworks and customer due-diligence expectations. Current website content does not certify ISO, SOC or equivalent attestations.
