Reliability language on this site describes engineering intent for a coastal, energy-integrated campus. It is not a contractual uptime commitment.
Indicative objectives
Design work targets resilient power paths, thermal continuity and maintainable hall operations. Numeric availability claims will only appear when contractually defined.
Energy coupling
On-site generation and BESS are part of the resilience story — buffering and controlled duty — not a guarantee of islanded operation under all grid scenarios.
Coastal operations
Marine interfaces, weather and permitting constraints shape maintenance windows and redundancy choices. Operational playbooks follow commissioning.
